It is understandable that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours advanced notice if need to cancel. This will give other clients a chance to book in your slot. Otherwise, your $50 deposit will be forfeited and will not go toward future services.
